When it comes to exhaust fan filters, our honeycomb grease filter is a lightweight, washable, acid-resistant aluminium filter designed for use in cooking exhaust systems to catch maximum grease with minimum resistance. Our range hood filters are manufactured to the highest standard and designed to meet the relevant Australian Standards, namely:

Our baffle grease filters are designed to prevent flames from travelling from the cooking area up into the extraction duct. Each blade of the filter overlaps the opposite one, forcing the grease-laden air to change direction as it passes through. The grease is separated from the air and drains down the blades and through the drain holes into a collection tray in the kitchen canopy.

This is a high-performance disposable pleated panel filter that functions as a primary filter for ventilation systems. Combining the unique replaceable media, beverage board, and pleating technology makes the 30/30 a low-energy top performing product.

It features a water-resistant cardboard frame, girders, and crossbars with a diagonal stiffener bonded to the media to keep the fold spacing and protect and maintain the filter. It is fully supported media bonded onto a wire support grid. The rounded pleats ensure maximum dust retention capacity and facilitate airflow through the media.
